Meditation Program:
Karunai Neri Valar Foundation conducts very beneficial and effective meditation Program daily. This meditation program provides the participants a more powerful tool for controlling the mind that is mandatory for all benefits of life. The schedule is as follows:
Morning 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM (IST)
Evening 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM (IST)

Relaxation and Blissful Program:
Karunai Neri Valar Foundation conducts this program every day to relieve stress and to attain bliss and peace that makes body, mind and soul healthier. This program is also a very powerful tool to have deep and peaceful sleep that is also a very good medicine for the sleeplessness and stressful life. The schedule is as follows:

Arutperunjothi Agaval Explanation Class:
Karunai Neri Valar Foundation organizes Arutperunjodhi Agaval explanation class provided by Dhayavu Prabhavathi Amma. This class helps to understand the meaning of the Arutperunjodhi Agaval lines that provides the deeper understanding of the divine Arutperunjodhi. Amma explains the meaning of highly meticulous Arutperunjodhi Agaval lines with simple examples and narrations that assists us to understand the in-depth meaning of the line. This will make us to understand the underlying truth of Arutperunjodhi as attained by Thiru Arutprakasa Vallal Perumaanaar and proceed towards him during journey of our life.

Athma Vichara Yogam:
Every Second Saturday and Sunday, Karunai Neri Valar Foundation organizes an Event called Athma Vichaara Yogam. This is a One-day Program that trains the participants to perform Athma Vicharam, a Yogam recommended by Thiru Arutprakasa Vallal Perumaanaar. This event is very powerful to remove the screens that hides Arutperunjothi inside. This Yogam brings all good in the life and attain the objective of our birth.
Schedule: Every Second Saturday and Sunday (Two day program)
Agaval Recitation:
On the day of Poosam Nakshatra and Thiruvonam Nakshatra of every month. The Agaval Parayanam of Lord Vallal is performed from 6am to 6pm in the karunai Neri Valar Foundation. Online is also available for those who cannot attend in person. Recite this and increase the blessings of God and Guru!

Jeevakaarunyam(Livelihood) Class:
Jeevakaarunyam explanation class provided by Dhayavu Prabhavathi Amma. This class helps to understand the meaning of the Jeevakaarunyam. The class is held every month on the full moon day(Pournami) from Evening 6PM to Midnight 12AM. It focuses on the spiritual health of humans and in turn uplifts soul.
